Western Engineered Pumps & Components, WEPCO specializes
in the Re Engineering and Manufacture of Mechanical Rotating
Equipment components.
Typically,
these components include, but are not limited to pump casings,
diffusers, discharge bowls, suction bell mouths, impellers,
shafts, sleeves, bushings, wear rings, stuffing box’s, column
pipes and associated parts.
To
support this activity, WEPCO operates state-of-the-art facilities,
based in Dammam in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, which
includes advanced component digital measurement facilities,
a corrosion laboratory and most importantly a precision casting
foundry specialising in all types and grades of stainless
steel.
Considerable
levels of expertise including metallurgy, fluid dynamics and
rotodynamics ensure that the WEPCO process of re-engineering
is remote from the concept of purely reverse engineering or
copying.
WEPCO
has both the expertise and advanced technologies that enables
the company to analyse the component condition and based on
these techniques, WEPCO will make recommendations to enhance
the operation of the product.
