Components destined for the WEPCO re-engineering process will go through a rigorous process of technical reviews commencing with our rotating equipment specialists who have gained extensive experience over many years with leading pump original equipment manufacturers (OEM).

Typical pump components requiring re-engineering include, but are not limited to; Casings, Impellers, Diffusers, Suction Bell Mouths, Discharge Bowls, Shafts, Sleeves, Bearing Housings, Bushings, Wear Rings, Stuffing Box’s and Column Pipes.

Utilizing one of the world’s most accurate measuring arms, complete with laser scanning technology and together with a comprehensive range of metrology equipment, WEPCO is able to create digital files from all the measurement findings of any mechanical component or part.

These digital files can then be shared with any of our processes or chosen partners.
Since the digital arm is portable, measurements can be taken on-site from any location around the world and electronically transmitted to our re-engineering facility.
